Karachi-style chai and the indulgent Karachi Special Coffee anchor the hot side; the Karachi Mix Special Falooda — layered with rose syrup, vermicelli, basil seeds and ice cream — is the showpiece dessert drink; and mango lassi, Pakola, Thumbs Up and zeera soda round out the desi classics.
